Yes, the handles on the St Barths Medium and Large Totes do fit over the shoulder. Since they are woven neoprene, the handles are intentionally produced a bit short to allow for a stretch once weight is added to them and will fit nicely over the shoulder
No, we don’t sell crossbody straps separately and do not recommend adding them to any size other than mini. The strap will damage the weave of the bag due to the weight of the bag.

How can I care for my Naghedi Bag? We chose neoprene as our signature fabric since it is easily cleaned and cared for. We suggest spot cleaning with mild soap or gentle detergent diluted in water when possible. A magic eraser works great on tougher stains. Some of our styles/colors are machine washable though we don’t recommend doing so unless absolutely necessary. Solid colors can be washed, dip dyes cannot be washed, plaids- please ask us. Machine washing instructions are: gentle cycle, cold, separately. Remove inside pouch and strap before washing . Lay flat to dry thoroughly.
What is your return policy? You can return/exchange up to 30 days after order is placed. Please allow 3-5 business days for all returns/exchanges to be processed after they are delivered to our warehouse. There is a $10 deduction for return shipping and original shipping costs are non-refundable. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit returns.naghedinyc.com . Bags MUST be returned in unused conditions and include dust bags they were shipped with or there will be a deduction from the refund. For international returns; we do not provide return labels. Please ship back using the carrier of your choice and obtain a receipt to track your return.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messaging? Gift messaging is possible. Please include your gift message in the notes section at checkout. We don’t have gift wrapping available at this time but all orders ship beautifully packaged in our signature recycled cotton dust bags and splatter print tissue paper.
Do you offer repair services? We created these bags to last and we stand by our product. If a bag is defective, please contact us within 30 days. For all other damages, it will be a case by case basis. We do have certain repair service options. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

What are your sustainable practices? The brand was founded on the idea of fighting against the wastefulness of fast fashion. Our bags are designed to last season after season and we are constantly working on additional ways to move toward more sustainable practices. We’ve switched all of our packaging (dust bags & polybags) to recycled and biodegradable materials. We produce thoughtfully in small batches so as not to create excess inventory. We have recently launched our "Waste Not" initiative utilizing neoprene scrap fabrics that would otherwise be discarded. Our latest project is working on a recycling program to further our efforts in reducing our carbon footprint!
