Yes, the handles on the St. Barths Medium & Large totes do fit over the shoulder. The handles are intentionally designed slightly shorter; they will gently stretch to the perfect length with wear.

No, we do not sell cross-body straps separately, and do not recommend adding them to any style other than St. Barths Petit/Mini and Tangier Mini. The strap will damage the weave of the bag.

Yes, all bags except Jetsetter & Kyoto come with matching zippered pouches. Pouches included with St. Barth’s Petit and Laguna are non-woven neoprene in a matching color.

No, our bags are not leather, they are a durable, handwoven neoprene.

Yes, our Jetsetters have a full zip closure, a zip pocket on one side of the interior and two open pockets on the other.

Yes, we have five sizes available in the St. Barths Totes (Petit, Mini, Medium, Large, & Shopper), two sizes available in the Tangier (Mini & Medium) & Jetsetter Totes (Small & Large).

How do I care for my Naghedi Bag?

We chose neoprene as our signature fabric because it is easily cleaned and cared for. We suggest spot cleaning with mild soap or gentle detergent diluted in water when possible. A magic eraser works great on tougher stains. Some of our styles and colors are machine washable, though we do not recommend doing so unless absolutely necessary. Solid colors can be washed, Dip Dyes and Ombres cannot be washed. Please ask us about Plaids and Geos. Machine washing instructions are: delicate cycle, cold, separately, use only gentle detergent. Remove pouch and strap before washing. Lay flat to dry thoroughly.


What is your return policy?

We accept returns/exchanges up to 30 days after order is placed. Please allow 5-7 business days for all returns/exchanges to be processed after they are delivered to our warehouse. There is a $10 deduction for return shipping and original shipping costs are non-refundable. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit returns.naghedinyc.com. Bags MUST be returned in unused condition and include the dust bags they were shipped with or there will be a deduction from the refund. Only one exchange per order is allowed. We do not provide return labels for international returns. Please ship back using the carrier of your choice and obtain a receipt to track your return. Please note that we cannot accept returns of bags purchased from other retailers.


Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messaging?

Gift messaging is possible. Please include your gift message in the notes section at checkout. We do not have gift wrapping available at this time but all orders ship beautifully packaged in our signature recycled cotton dust bags and splatter print tissue paper.


Do you offer repair services?

We created these bags to last and we stand by our product. If a bag is defective, please contact us within 30 days. All other damages will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please email us at info@naghedinyc.com.

What can I do with a bag that cannot be repaired?

We are currently working on a recycling program to further our sustainability. More on that soon!

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the US and Canada only. For Canadian orders, duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout. We are working to expand shipping to additional countries. What are your sustainable practices?

NAGHEDI was founded on the idea of combatting the wastefulness of fast fashion. Our bags are designed to last season after season and we are constantly working on additional ways to move toward more sustainable practices. Our packaging (dust bags & polybags) are made from recycled and biodegradable materials. We produce thoughtfully in small batches so as not to create excess inventory. We recently launched our "Waste Not" initiative utilizing neoprene scrap fabrics that would otherwise be discarded. Our latest project is working on a recycling program to further our efforts in reducing our carbon footprint.

Do you have sales or promotions?

Naghedi challenges the trends of fast fashion by embracing a slower, more intentional approach to design and production by creating timeless pieces. Each bag is thoughtfully woven entirely by hand by skilled weavers who produce just one to two pieces a day. We produce thoughtfully and in small batches to avoid excess inventory. For this reason, we do not have sales of our collections. We strive to exist as an antidote to the wastefulness within the fashion industry and believe that buyers should have long lasting pieces they can feel good about for years to come.
