After you submit your trade in form, we will create an order for your pre-loved bag to be added to our system. An email confirmation will be sent with return instructions.

Follow the shipping instructions in your confirmation email to send us your bag, free of charge. If your bag originally came with a pouch, that pouch is yours to keep — no need to send it back.
