Returns and exchanges are only permitted within 30 days following the delivery date.

A $10 restocking fee will be assessed on all returns. The restocking fee is waived for exchanges and store credits. A $1 temporary hold will be placed on your card for exchanges. If the original item is not shipped within 14, the full price of the exchange item will be charged. Exchange items are subject to the current availability of the requested item at the time of shipping. Your exchange may be cancelled for a full refund if the item is no longer in stock.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the refunded amount.

After your return is received by our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for the processing of your refund or exchange. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Upon return being processed, your refund can take between 2-7 business days to reflect on your statement, depending on your banking partner.

Items must be returned, unused, with original tags attached and include the dust bag and all accessories. For any items returned without the dust bag and/or accessories, a deduction fee may be assessed, up to the full retail value of each missing component. The fees will be deducted from your refund. This ensures that all items are returned complete and in their original state.

We are unable to accept returns for items damaged due to customer misuse, or typical wear and tear. If an item is returned in non-compliance with our return policy upon inspection, the item will not be returned to the customer, and we will be unable to issue a full or partial refund.

We are only able to offer pre-paid labels for domestic returns in the contiguous US at this time.¬†Orders from¬†Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska¬†can be returned, at the shipper's expense, for a refund or store credit of the purchase price, excluding shipping, duties and taxes. We are unable to offer direct exchanges on returns¬†from Canada at this time‚ÄĒonly store credit or refunds.

We are unable to process any returns without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. One will be emailed to you upon completing the return request form at Please keep a record of your RMA number until after your return or exchange has been processed.

Missing parcels should be reported within 5 business days of reported delivery date, or we will be unable to assist.
