TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (these “T&Cs”) apply to Entrelaced, LLC’s (“Naghedi, “we”, “us”, or “our”) Waste Not program, our in-house recycling initiative designed to repurpose previously purchased Merchandise (the “Initiative”), and each participant’s (each, a “participant”, and specifically you, “you” or “your”) participation in connection therewith. These T&Cs are at all times subject to Naghedi’s Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), including, without limitation, the Merchandise Purchase Policy set forth therein, and Naghedi’s Privacy Policy. Any capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the Terms of Use. To the extent these T&Cs and the Terms of Use conflict, these T&Cs will control.
- OVERVIEW.
We are pleased to offer you an opportunity to trade in your previously purchased Merchandise (each, a “Trade-In”) in furtherance of our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint and decrease our material consumption. Subject to these T&Cs, you may be eligible to receive a Discount Code (defined below) in exchange for you Trade-In(s). All Trade-Ins will be subject to the Return and Exchange Policy set forth in the Terms of Use, and available at https://naghedinyc.com/pages/returns-and-exchanges. There is no limit on the amount of Trade-Ins participants may make.
- ACCEPTED TRADE-INS; DISCOUNT CODES.
Upon Naghedi’s receipt of your Trade-In, Naghedi will review your Trade-In for quality assurance purposes, and either accept or reject your Trade-In as determined in Naghedi’s sole and absolute discretion. If Naghedi accepts your Trade-In (each, an “Accepted Trade-In”), you will be eligible to receive a thirty percent (30%) discount code for each Accepted Trade-In (each, a “Discount Code”). In such event, Naghedi will provide you with the Discount Code at the email address associated with your initial purchase of the applicable Merchandise.
Each Discount Code may be used towards your purchase of future full-priced Merchandise via the Service. Exclusions on eligible Merchandise may apply as determined in Naghedi’s sole and absolute discretion. Your purchase of future Merchandise is subject to Naghedi’s Merchandise Purchase Policy set forth in the Term of Use.
Each Discount Code may be used by participants no more than one (1) time. You agree that each Discount Code (i) may not be duplicated, sold, or transferred in any manner, or made available to the general public (whether posted to a public forum or otherwise), unless expressly permitted by Naghedi; (ii) may be disabled by Naghedi at any time without liability to us; (iii) may be used only pursuant to these T&Cs; and (iv) are not redeemable for cash, gift cards, or cash equivalents. Discount Codes will not expire prior to your use thereof in accordance with these T&Cs.
- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES.
THE STANDARDS FOR THE USE OF THE TERMS “RECYCLE,” “RECYCLING,” OR “RECYCLABLE” MAY DIFFER FROM STATE TO STATE, AND NAGHEDI MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE ACCURACY OF SUCH TERMS OR STATEMENTS INCLUDING SUCH TERMS AS PROVIDED HEREIN OR WITH RESPECT TO THE RECYCLABILITY OF AN ACCEPTED TRADE-IN, ALL OF WHICH ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
- ADDITIONAL TERMS.
We display the effective date of these T&Cs at the top of this page, indicated by the “Last Updated” legend. Unless otherwise indicated, any changes to these T&Cs will apply immediately upon posting the “Last Updated” date. If you participate in the Initiative after the changes become effective, it means you are agreeing to be bound by the changes to these T&Cs. The Initiative is limited to residents of the United States unless otherwise provided by Naghedi. Participants are ineligible to receive any tax deduction as part of their participation in the Initiative including through the return of a Trade-In or purchase of future Merchandise. Additional terms and conditions may apply. Void where prohibited.
