Who can participate in the Waste Not Program?

You may trade in any pre-loved NAGHEDI bag purchased via our website or at one of our third-party retailers, or if you have received it as a gift. 

At this time, the Waste Not program is available only to US-based customers. 

When should I send back my preloved bag? 

Items must be sent to us within 14 days of submitting your trade-in form. 

Can I send back more than one NAGHEDI BAG?

You may send back multiple preloved NAGHEDI bags to be recycled via Waste Not. We ask that you combine bags in one shipment if possible. You may combine shipments even if you received more than one shipping label. Please include all packing slips for all bags in the box. You will receive a separate, unique 30% discount code for each accepted item. 

When will I receive my discount code?

After your preloved NAGHEDI bag is received by our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of your trade-in. Upon the acceptance of your trade-in, you will receive an email with your 30% discount code. 

How do I use my code?

Discount codes are to be entered at checkout and are valid for 30% off one item. If multiple items are in your cart, the discount will be applied to the item of highest value. Discount codes may only be used once. Exclusions may apply.

Does my discount count expire?

Discount codes do not expire. 

I have a bag that looks a bit like a NAGHEDI, but I’m not sure.  

Only authentic NAGHEDI bags will be accepted. If an item is found to be in non-compliance with our Waste Not Program trade-in policy upon inspection, the item will not be returned to the customer, and we will not be able to issue any full or partial voucher, credit, return, or exchange.
