Reclaim & Recreate

Pre-loved bags are sent to our artisans, where they are carefully deconstructed. The neoprene strands are then cleaned, some are re-dyed, and then finally rewoven into limited edition, one-of-a-kind pieces.

The Waste Not program decreases material consumption for new products.

We maximize our existing fabric stock by using off-cuts and colors no longer in production.

By repurposing reclaimed materials we increase circularity and reduce waste.

Designed with the desire to create timeless pieces that outlast a single season, NAGHEDI bags are versatile, resilient, and easily cared for. Our bags are handwoven at home by skilled artisans who produce only one to two pieces per day. We purposefully do not overproduce, releasing small seasonal collections alongside our timeless Core Collection.
