SHOES

What if my size is sold out? 

Sign up for back-in-stock notifications. Please keep in mind that shoes are produced in limited quantities. 

Will my shoes stretch? 

Your NAGHEDI shoes are constructed with premium materials, including handwoven neoprene and natural tanned leather. Due to the handcrafted nature of the neoprene components, very slight variations in weave, fringe, and other decorative details are to be expected. 

Where can I find size and fit information? 

Refer to each shoe’s product page for fit details and size guide. For further assistance, write to us at support@naghedinyc.com.

How do I know which size to order? 

Fit details and a size guide are available on each product page.  

Do you offer wide or narrow sizes? 

We currently offer full and half sizes from EU 35 - 41, with the exception of 35.5 and 40.5. We do not offer special widths at this time. 

Can I return my shoes if they have been worn? 

Only unworn shoes in their original packaging can be returned. Please see our Returns page for more details. 

Are shoes eligible for Waste Not? 

Only NAGHEDI bags are eligible for the Waste Not program.

Care Instructions

Our handwoven neoprene uppers are backed with supple leather; both materials have some natural stretch, and will gradually mold to your foot over time. To retain shape, stuff with paper or hang on shoe trees for storage. 

Avoid consistent exposure to water, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, and abrasive materials. 

We recommend having your shoes cared for as necessary by a shoe repair professional. Our natural tanned leather soles may show normal wear over time. Rubber protective soles can be applied by a professional when needed. 

Neoprene components should be spot cleaned with a gentle, color safe detergent. 

For optimal care, store your NAGHEDI shoes in their included dust bag. Ensure shoes are stored out of direct sunlight and are well ventilated before storage.

Satin products should avoid contact with liquids and abrasive surfaces. Store in dust bag when possible.

BAGS

Tote Handles

The St. Barths Medium & Large handles fit over the shoulder. They are intentionally designed slightly shorter and will gently stretch to the perfect length with wear.

Crossbody Straps

Removable, adjustable crossbody straps are a key feature of St. Barths Petit & Small Totes, Tangier Small Tote, and Tulum Petit & Small Totes. We do not sell straps separately, and do not recommend adding them to any style other than the above, as the strap will damage the weave of the bags.

Pouches

All NAGHEDI bags except Jetsetter, Kyoto & Havana Travel Tote include matching zippered pouches. Pouches included with St. Barths Petit Tote and Laguna are non-woven neoprene in a coordinating color.

Materials

NAGHEDI bags are woven by hand out of strips of neoprene. Crossbody straps and the handles of certain styles are made of nylon webbing. See below for care instructions.

Due to their handcrafted nature, each NAGHEDI bag is unique and can include slight variations in color and shape.

Color transfer may occur from darker fabrics. 

NAGHEDI Bag Charms

Attach your charm to your NAGHEDI bag by slipping the pin between strands of neoprene. Do not pin the charm directly through the fabric, which may result in damage to the neoprene.

Care Instructions

We suggest spot cleaning neoprene with mild, color safe soap or gentle detergent diluted in water. A magic eraser works great on tougher stains. Machine washing is not recommended. After spot cleaning, lay flat to dry; never machine dry or dry clean.

Do not hang to store. Store flat in dust bags when possible. 

Satin products should avoid contact with liquids and abrasive surfaces. Store in dust bag when possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges up to 30 days after order is placed. Please allow 5-7 business days for all returns/exchanges to be processed after they are delivered to our warehouse. Gift Wrapping

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time, but all orders ship beautifully packaged in our signature cotton dust bags and tissue paper. Gift messaging is possible. Please include your gift message in the notes section at checkout.

Damages & Repairs

We created these bags to last and we stand by our product. If a bag is defective, please contact us within 30 days. All other damages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at support@naghedinyc.com.

Pricing

As of October 8, 2025, our prices increased due to rising tariffs and global costs. Like many small businesses, we explored options—but after a decade of building trusted relationships with our weavers and partners, moving production wasn’t an option. Every NAGHEDI piece is designed to the highest standards and meticulously crafted in small batches by our skilled weavers and  partners.
