Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders placed on weekdays before 11 a.m. EST will generally begin processing same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. EST will begin the processing period of the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day (Monday-Friday). We do not offer Saturday delivery. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame.
  • When placing your order, please select a secure shipping location. NAGHEDI cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after the mail carrier has confirmed delivery to the correct address.
  • Missing parcels should be reported to us within 3 business days of expected delivery date via our Return Page. Please select "Parcel Never Arrived." Refund requests for missing shipments that are not reported to us in a timely manner may be rejected. Alternatively, you can contact UPS and file a missing package claim.
  • Please note that service and delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. We have partnered with FedEx for our shipping service needs as they have proven to be a reliable and speedy delivery partner; however, delays due to inclement weather or inability to safely access a service area may occur. NAGHEDI is not responsible for delays in delivery resulting from the above matters.
  • If you will need modifications to your shipping address, please let us know using our Contact Form as soon as possible. Once your order has been fulfilled, we will be unable to modify the shipping address.
  • Unfortunately, NAGHEDI cannot accommodate order modifications. If you need to modify your order, we are happy to cancel your order so you can place a new one. Please reach out via our Contact Form within 24 hours of placement, however we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been fulfilled. We are happy to accept your return, however.
  • Unfortunately, our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • We are excited to offer free FedEx Ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $100, excluding destinations where Ground delivery is unavailable (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 3–8 business days.
  • Orders valued over $500 will require a direct signature upon delivery. This requirement cannot be waived.
  • UPS Ground shipping estimated timelines if placed before 11 a.m. EST, Monday-Friday:

West Coast 2-3 business days
Midwest, Southwest, South 3-5 business days
East Coast 4-7 Business Days

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

  • Any overnight order placed on Friday, will not be shipped until the following Monday.
  • Please note that while we do our best to guarantee the dispatch of orders in a timely manner, weather-related or service delays by UPS can occur. NAGHEDI cannot be made responsible for the timely delivery of the product for carrier-related delays.
  • Expedited orders placed on weekdays before 11 a.m. EST will generally begin processing within 1 business days. Orders placed after 11 a.m. EST will begin the processing period of the next business day.
  • Any overnight order placed on Friday before 11 a.m. EST, will deliver on Monday. Overnight orders placed Friday after 11 a.m. EST will deliver Tuesday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We are expanding our shipping locations. For a full list of countries, please click here. Duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout.
  • NAGHEDI uses DHL Worldwide Express for all international orders. Negotiated rates are offered for all services.
  • All duties and taxes will be displayed at checkout.
  • Duties and taxes are calculated at the payment stage at checkout. International orders are shipped DDP; no additional fees are required at the time of delivery.
  • To view a quote for duties and shipping rates to a particular address, please add items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout for an estimate.
  • Most international shipments are delivered within 4-7 business days.
